Contract Information

The Contract Information screen displays all of the budget information for all contracts associated with your project. You can use this screen to set the budget for the entire project and allocate costs.

To access Contract Information, click the Contracts link from the Project Overview.

Enter the budget for the entire contract in the Budget cell. You can also set the Original Value, Start, and Original Completion Dates for the contracts associated with the project. All other contract information is displayed only for reference and can be edited on the Contracts tab.

You can, however, allocate costs for the Project Budget and Contract Original Values.
