All changes to a contract begin as Proposed Change Orders (PCOs). To
create and edit proposed change orders, click the Proposed
Mods link on the Contract Overview
screen, or click the button in the Proposed
Change Order column on the Cost tab.
You can create, edit, and delete proposed change orders until they have been accepted as Change Orders.
To Create a PCO:
Click the Propose New Change Order button. The PCO details box will appear.
Fill in the information on the PCO details box. Type and Status are required fields.
Enter the Proposed and/or Estimated Days and Amounts by clicking in the cell and typing an entry for each column. Proposed values are entered when the PCO is initially created. Estimated values are final estimates of the PCO cost and are used for calculation within IMPACTprogram.
Enter any additional comments regarding the PCO.
Click the Save button.
To Edit a PCO:
Click the icon to the left of the reference number of the PCO you wish to edit. The PCO details box will appear.
Make the desired changes to the PCO details.
Click Save.
To Delete a PCO:
Click the icon to the left of the reference number of the PCO you wish to delete.
Clear all cells that contain information.
Click the Delete button.
If the PCO you wish to delete doesn't contain any information, you can delete it by clicking the X to the right of the PCO line.
