Contract Documents

The Contract Documents screen displays all of the documents that have been attached to a contract. You can add and delete contract documents from this screen  

To Add a File:

  1. Click the Attach File link. The Attach dialog will appear.

  2. Click the Browse button to open a Windows Explorer window.

  3. Navigate to the desired file.

  4. Double-click the file name to select it.

  5. Click the Open button on the Windows dialog to return to IMPACTprogram.

  6. Enter a brief description of the file.

  7. Click the Submit Files button to add the file to your project.

You can add up to three files simultaneously. Additional files can be added by repeating the process.

To Delete a File:

  1. Click the Delete Files link.

  2. Click the name of the file to be deleted.

  3. Click the Delete Files button.

Files related to a contract can also be deleted from the Contract Documents screen. You can delete a document by clicking the X to the right of the document information line.
